ACCESS, COLLECTION & DATA DELETION

Unless personal information is required for administrative or legal reasons, We will take all reasonable steps to meet such requests at the earliest possible opportunity.

  3. We will keep player records of Customers who have asked for their information and or account to be closed and deleted for a period of 6 months. This is to ensure there is no requirement for the data in connection with any dispute or information request from the licensee.

  4. Access to your transaction data and personal details is required by Our Customer service team.

  5. Access to your financial payment details is blocked to Customer service and is encrypted and only used to process payments with PCI compliant payment processors.

IDENTIFIERS
  1. We will not use government document identifiers (for example a number or combination of letters and numbers ascribed to an individual) for the purpose of identifying You.

ANONYMITY
  1. Our website may collect information from visitors that is not personally identifiable. We only collect this information in the aggregate and only use it to improve Our website.
